YES, PAY PAL IS ACTUALLY LOWERING FEES! Before you get way too excited, the PayPal fee decrease is very specific and only applies to American Express payments, however, starting on the effective Date of March 31, 2022, the rate for receiving payments from American Express will be adjusted from 3.50% + $0.49 per transaction to 2.59% + $0.49 USD per transaction. So yes, it appears PayPal is indeed lowering fees on AmEx by almost 1%, which is FANTASTIC!

I have always found it to be super bizarre when a listing says the trinket is 3” tall, then the listing is flooded with bad feedback that says “It’s so small!”. In many cases, the title will even say “3” Tall Lighthouse Decor”, yet the item is still slammed with complaints about it being “tiny”.
