How to Accomplish a MASSIVE Task: Like Setting up Inventory Shelving or Redoing All of Your Listings

These are absolutely huge undertakings. But this simple tip will help you achieve without losing your mind first:

The most important thing is to get out a pen and paper (or open Note Pad on your phone). Divide the gigantic task into multiple smaller tasks. For example, “Redo all listings so they are formatted better” is such a big job that there’s no true game plan. Instead, write down:

Create a new photography area so photos come out better
Order new lighting off Amazon.
Order a new SD card that is higher quality.
Create a listing template
Print a list off all items that are currently available
Once the lighting arrives, every day I will attack one Category. First I will do all Womens Clothing, then Mens clothing, then Childrens. After that I will redo all of the home goods listings.
During this time I will also create new Sub Categories so my listings are easier to browse.
The first day of each Category, I will start by getting all new photos.
The second day I will upload the photo and also change the template so it looks nicer.
Each time I complete listing, I will cross it off on my printout.
By the end of next month I should have all of my listings completely revised

One you create your plan it is so much easier to accomplish!
