CONDITION TO EXPECT:
- Sometimes the piece has a clearance sticker
- Sometimes zippers can become stiff. NEVER yank on a zipper; you risk destroying it! A super simple solution is to purchase "Zipper Lube". It's only $5 (on Amazon) for a tube and it can be used on literally ANYTHING with a metal zipper including jeans, dresses, gowns, handbags... as long as the zipper is metal, it will solve the problem!
- Often shoes do not have "paper store tags" because the product information was on the box and the box is not present.
- Sometimes shoes are supposed to come with extra laces or a bonus item. Sometimes the bonus item is not present.
- Sometimes the pieces have been tried on in M*CYS. If the bottom of the shoe is dirty from being tried on, simply wipe with a Clorox brand wipe. MUST BE CLOROX OR TIDE BRAND. Other brands leave soap residue or can dye the product! NEVER use dollar store / family dollar brands. If you don't have access to wipes, you can use an alcohol product, such as literal alcohol (vodka), rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer with alcohol, or even a dab of nail polish remover and a paper towel or clean washcloth. Whatever product you are using, make sure it is CLEAR. Always test a tiny spot first. When you are done cleaning the bottom, put water on the wash cloth or paper towel and wipe it down to remove any leftover alcohol.
