A chargeback occurs when the buyer makes a purchase from you then contacts their bank (Visa, MasterCard, Amazon Pay, PayPal, etc) to demand a refund from the banking institution. Usually, you are surprised by the chargeback because the buyer never contacted you with any issues but on occasion the customer was so BatSh*t Crazy that you expected it.
