• These are Liquidations, Mixed Quality Liquidations.  May include a small quantity of store returns from all different stores: M*CYS, Lands End, Bl**mingdales, DSG, Fidelity and more!  The Fidelity jeans are Samples and a couple pieces that need stain removal

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH LIQUIDATIONS:

• Sometimes the piece has a clearance sticker
• Sometimes a removable Liquidation sticker is applied
• Sometimes the piece is missing the paper store tag
• Sometimes the piece was part of a set and some, or the rest, of the set is missing.  The remaining piece(s) are still sellable.
• Sometimes the piece was supposed to include a bonus item, such as a belt, and the belt is missing
• Occasionally a piece has a stain which is usually dust / dirt from being tried on in the fitting room but on rare occasion the stain could be makeup or food. These stains are usually easily removable without the need for a washing machine. 
• Sometimes the piece looks worn or may actually be worn.  We try to remove pieces with major signs of wear but it is not possible for us to catch 100%.
• Sometimes the liquidation is applied with a staple to the garment.  Simply taking your time and slowly sliding the staple out then stretching the material gently with your fingers is the solution.  Obviously if you carelessly rip the staple out you are going to damage the garment. 
• On very rare occasion there is a rip along a seam or under an armpit that we didn't see.  Again, these are usually very simple repairs with basic sewing knowledge. We try to remove all major damage that we see. 
• It is not possible for us to catch every imperfection.  We sort over 10,000 items a week so we do not have time to analyze each piece.  You should expect there could be imperfections we did not see

CONDITION TO EXPECT WITH MIXED QUALITY LIQUIDATIONS:

• Sometimes the piece has a clearance sticker
• Sometimes a removable Liquidation sticker is applied
• Sometimes the piece is missing the paper store tag
• Pieces may have issues such as Missing buttons, jammed zipper, rips, tears, etc. We do not spend time analyzing each item. Please expect there will be some pieces with issues.  Issues might be minor, issues might be major.  
• Sometimes the piece was supposed to include a bonus item, such as a belt, and the belt is missing
• Sometimes a piece has a stain which is usually dust / dirt /makeup from being touched by customers but can also be ink or anything else. We have seen everything from chocolate stains to peanut butter to makeup.  We have seen pieces that look like a 5 year old wiped their mouth on them. 
• Because these are Mixed Quality you should expect some imperfections. You should expect to invest time into polishing, laundering, sewing, etc.
• Sometimes the piece looks worn or may actually be worn. 
• Because these are Mixed Quality you should expect some imperfections.  
• It is not possible for us to catch every major imperfection.  We try to point out imperfections we notice.  You should expect there will be imperfections we do not notice. 
• There may be items you cannot fix.

CONDITION TO EXPECT WITH OVERSTOCKS:

• Most, or all are brand new, Overstocks
• Because these are brand new, they are most, or all, inside clear plastic bags.  You can learn more about Why Wholesale Items Are Sometimes in Clear Plastic Bags here. 
• Because they are still factory sealed, they have not been in a store, therefore have not been touched by customers
• NO Clearance stickers!
• NO damage
• It is always possible that the pieces we remove from the bag so we can photograph and video it, could get dust / dirt on it.  The pieces inside the clear plastic bag are brand new, no dust. 

Condition to Expect with Liquidations:

• NO CLEARANCE STICKERS!  Although some do have a colored dot, like a yard-sale dot, to represent that it was on clearance in Anthropologie stores. It is easily removable.
• If pieces were tried on in stores, they may get dust / dirt on them from the fitting room
• Paper Tags are attached, although it is always possible a tag may fall off.  Overall they have paper tags

Condition to Expect with Samples:

• Samples are what Anthropologie  / Fidelity uses to order merchandise
• Samples have not been in stores, therefore they have not been touched by customers of tried on
• Some have tags, some do not.  On the back of the tag is information about the sample, such as what season that style was scheduled to be released and the delivery date of the shipment.  The information can be printed or handwritten.  Here's an example of the back side of "Sample Tags" (the other side says Fidelity, as shown in the 3rd image). 

The interior tag may also be handwritten.  The information on this tag matches the info on the paper tag. When the jeans go into full-production, what is handwritten will be printed by a machine, just like what you see in the store.
