We introduced Route to our checkout and shipping process - now every order placed through our online store has the option to receive premium package tracking services from Route. Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout, means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. Route is also a platform that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. Whether you’re tracking via the Route App or online Route’s real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
HOW ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION WORKS
Adding Route Package Protection to your order at checkout means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. In the unfortunate instance that you experience one of these inconveniences, you can report an issue to Route and they will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer.
To turn on Package Protection, simply click the "Shipping Protection" at checkout:
DO I REALLY NEED PACKAGE PROTECTION?
When we met with Cody from Route, the thing that impressed us the most was the awesome Live Tracking that allows you to see your parcel on an actual map! But the other key detail for our company choosing to partner with Route was the GUARANTEE that lost, STOLEN and damaged parcels are 100% covered.

Misdelivered (carrier marks it as Delivered but our buyer insists the parcel never came)
