Just wanted to let everyone know that if you placed an order after 3pm on 8-10-21, we shipped your parcel however Michigan was hit by an insane flash flood storm on 8-11-21. This caused insane power outages in Michigan in addition to substantial flooding and chaos.

Because this storm was so crazy, a large percentage of Michigan has been without power.  Here's the power outage map as of 12pm EST on 8-12-21:

With that being said, the post office is currently without power, so they cannot process packages.  This means you might not see any scans for a little bit.  I assume the power will be fixed by 8-13-21 at the latest.  Hopefully it is fixed much sooner.  If you would like to take a look at the power outage map you can do so here. 

We are very lucky that our warehouse has power, so we do not have any issues other than hoping USPS gets their power back on and scans our parcels in addition to some water in our warehouse:

Thankfully everything in our warehouse is either on pallets or on a shelf that is elevated off the ground, so the water on our concrete floors isn't a big deal, it's just an inconvenience to clean up.  :(
