Did you know Louis Vuitton & Gucci Made a Gas Mask Line? AND IT'S AMAZING!!!

I am a total fan of gas masks.  Not sure why exactly, perhaps it goes back to my love of Mortal Kombat characters?

Anyways, back in 2008, Diddo Velema in collaboration with Gucci and Louis Vuitton created this totally badass line of gas masks that are nothing short of INCREDIBLE! 

These amazing pieces never were for sale; according to Diddo, the gas masks were created purely as an art project to highlight the underlying societal climate that demands consumption, and not an official collaboration of any sorts however they are rumored to have debuted at the 2008 Luxury Show in Bucharest, Romania.
