Condition to expect with Overstocks:
- Most Merchandise should be in new condition
- Pieces may have a clearance sticker
- Boxes are not included
- It is possible a customer may have tried a pair on in the store
Condition to expect with liquidations:
- Sometimes the bottom of the shoe needs to be cleaned from when a customer tried it on in the store and walked around a bit
- Sometimes there is minor damage. For example, shoe polish made need to be used to touch up the shoe
- On occasion there could be a scuff or scratch
- On occasion a shoe could show signs of wear
