Sometimes zippers can become stiff. NEVER yank on a zipper; you risk destroying it! A super simple solution is to purchase "Zipper Lube". It's only $5 (on Amazon) for a tube and it can be used on literally ANYTHING with a metal zipper including jeans, dresses, gowns, handbags... as long as the zipper is metal, it will solve the problem!

We consider major damage to be issues like the right shoe is completely missing, a high-heel heel is broken off, a buckle is ripped out, there is an actual hole in the bottom, the interior is ripped out or other issues that are 100% unfixable in any way. We do not consider a scuff, dirt, dust, signs or wear or stains to be major damage.
It is not possible for us to catch every imperfection. These are "mixed quality". Please expect the quality will be assorted.
