- Individual Items may be sets that are missing a piece. For example, the set included a top and a matching bottom. The top is gone but the bottom is still wearable and sellable without the matching top.
- Its possible you might be able to create sets out of the individual pieces if that is your goal.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PALLET:
- If you are picking up, you do not need to take the wood pallet. You can load the boxes directly into your vehicle.
- The boxes in this pallet are pretty heavy; many weigh over 50 pounds each. If you are picking up you will need to be able to load the boxes. If you can't, you can bring trash bags and move pieces into trash bags so the box is lighter and you can lift it.
- With that being said, this will not fit in a car and may fit in a larger size SUV. However, you are welcome to make multiple trips to pick it up, we just ask that you complete pickup on the same day. Most people who pickup pallets will bring multiple vehicles at the same time so they can get it all in one swoop. We will work with you to find a day and time that works.
- ALTERNATIVELY, you could hire a company, such as DispatchIt, Uber Courier or Reliable Couriers to transport it for you, however the courier will need a large, empty van. THEY DO NOT NEED TO TAKE THE WOOD PALLET. The courier can instead take the individual boxes plus the two large items.

- Please do not ever schedule freight pickup for the same day. We need a day or two to print the postage you provide and wrap the pallet with pallet wrap. Because we do not know if the buyer of this pallet will be local-pickup or will be someone who wants to pay for shipping, the pallet is ready for local pickup, unwrapped. We need time to prep it for shipping.

Condition to Expect:
- Store Returns means someone owned the item at some point and returned it to the store.
- The reason for Return can vary. Sometimes it simply didn't fit. Sometimes it was a gift and they don't like it. Sometimes they have "buyers remorse" for spending too much money. Sometimes they damage it and decide they want their money back. Because these are being sold as Store Returns we do not remove damaged pieces.
- Often pieces are missing paper store tags
- Sometimes the piece was supposed to come with a another item, such as a belt, and the belt is missing
- Sometimes the piece has a stain. The stain can be easy to remove, or difficult to remove or impossible to remove.
- Sometimes the piece looks worn or may actually be worn. It is common for Store Returns to be not only worn but also laundered.
- Sometimes there is a rip, snag, hole or damage of some kind. Damage may be easily fixable or may be impossible to fix. Because these are being sold as Store Returns you should expect there will be pieces you cannot repair, so you will need to salvage these pieces or upcycle them.
- Store Returns can be missing buttons, clasps, clips, straps, belts, etc
- Store Returns can have damaged zippers
- Sometimes the piece was part of a set and the set is missing pieces.
