• Some will likely be multi-piece sets, such as a dress that includes a jacket, so you might get over 30 Individual Items
• ESTIMATED RETAIL: The cheaper dresses retail for around $70.  The gowns retail for $110 - $120.  Some pieces may be more expensive or less expensive.  We estimate each lot to retail for around $2,500.  If you end up getting mostly gowns, your lot will retail for $3,350+.  If your lot end up being heavy on the less-expensive dresses, the retail will be closer to $2,300. 
• You are getting this merchandise at an extra discount because we have not had to spend time opening every bag, and laying them out to video them.  With that being said, we have done our best to separate dresses from other items.  BUT, you should expect:
• Some items might be rompers or other items that LOOK like dresses when they are inside of a clear bag.  There may also be 3-piece sets that LOOK like dresses when they are inside the clear bag however they are actually a fancy jacket, a matching shirt and matching pants (they're SUPER NICE!).
• Some items may have imperfections.  Almost everything we have opened and sold from this truckload of JC Penny stock has been in beautiful, perfect, brand-spanking-new condition.  Most do not even have clearance stickers and look like it never made it out of JC Pennys warehouses (so it was never actually on their sales-floor) BUT there have indeed been some imperfect pieces and a very small quantity of store returns mixed in.  Again, you are getting these at an extra deep discount because we have not opened them, so we do not know what pieces you are getting.  Please expect some items might not be perfect but the added discount covers some imperfections.
• It is possible a piece could have been part of a set and the 2nd piece is missing.  
• It is also possible you may get a childrens dress. We have tried to remove childrens dresses but again, it is hard to tell exactly what it is when it is in the bag. 
• Sizes: Assorted Womens - you are receiving a random pull of sizes.  For the most part, the merchandise we have opened from this truckload has been M through Plus Size.  HOWEVER, we have indeed seen sizes XS and S too. Since we are not opening the bags we have no idea what sizes you are getting.
