Repair may be easy or difficult
Piece may have original paper store tags or paper tags may be missing
Piece could have additional imperfections.
All of this type of merchandise is sold "AS-IS". Some pieces may be completely not fixable and will require creativity to sell. This means you may have to apply a cute patch over the damage, or tie-dye the garment to hide the stain, or embellish the piece or, in some cases, you may have to salvage the piece for usable material and parts.
