Condition to expect with Overstocks:
- Items may come inside of clear plastic bags because they have not yet been opened. You can learn more about why wholesale is sometimes in plastic bags here.
- Pieces inside plastic bags will not have clearance stickers, because they are brand new
- Pieces inside plastic bags will not have any form of damage, because they are brand new
- The pieces that are opened and not inside plastic bags may have dust or similar on them
Condition to expect with Mixed Quality Liquidations:
- Mixed quality liquidations are like traditional Liquidations, however a higher percentage of imperfections should be expected.
- Sometimes the piece has a clearance sticker
- Sometimes a removable Liquidation sticker is applied
- Sometimes the piece is missing the paper store tag
- Sometimes the piece was part of a set and some, or the rest, of the set is missing. The remaining piece(s) are still sellable.
- Sometimes the piece was supposed to include a bonus item, such as a belt, and the belt is missing
- Occasionally a piece has a stain which is usually dust / dirt from being touched by customers. Because these are Mixed Quality you should expect some imperfections.
- Sometimes the piece looks worn or may actually be worn. We DO NOT to remove pieces with imperfections from Mixed Quality lots.
- Imperfections can include: dirt / dust, makeup, stains, signs of wear / washing, snags, a rip, a hole, etc
- Because these are Mixed Quality you should expect some imperfections
