Often a Store Return receipt is attached to the item.
Sometimes the piece is missing all tags and packaging.
Sometimes the piece is missing the paper store tag
Sometimes the piece was part of a set and some, or the rest, of the set is missing.
Sometimes the piece was supposed to include a bonus item, such as a belt, and the belt is missing
Often a piece has a stain which is usually dust / dirt from being tried on in the fitting room or a stain could be makeup, ink or food. Sometimes stains are easy to remove, other times they are difficult.
Sometimes the piece looks worn or may actually be worn. We do not remove pieces with signs of wear from Store Return listings.
Sometimes the liquidation is applied with a staple to the garment.
Sometimes the item is ripped, torn, cut or snagged. We do not remove imperfect pieces from Store Return Lots.
You should absolutely expect there to be some pieces that you will have to mend, launder or re-purpose when you buy Store Return Listings. We often tell our buyers that if you are not "crafty" and "creative" you probably should not buy Store Returns and instead buy Liquidations or Traditional Wholesale.
With Store Returns we do not offer exchanges, credits or refunds for imperfections because you should expect there to be imperfections.
