- 99% of the suits we got in were brand new; no damage and no clearance stickers but it is always possible some items may have imperfections. Almost everything we have opened and sold from this truckload of JC Penny stock has been in beautiful, perfect condition. Most were never actually on the JC Penny sales-floor. BUT there have indeed been some imperfect pieces and a very small quantity of store returns mixed in.
- It is possible a piece could have been part of a 2-piece-suit-set and the pants are missing. The coat is still useable, wearable and sellable without matching pants.
